It is official ~ at 2:42 PM local Beijing time, FEDEX delivered our LOA to CCAA (Chinese Government Adoption Office). We are now waiting for our formal invitation from China to travel - this is called Travel Approval (how original :) is that name)!!! WOW!!! We are REALLY going to China to meet our daughter!
